I recently faced a highly frustrating experience with this supplier that caused severe disruptions to my business. The order was placed on 6th December 2022 but was not delivered until over two months later, on 18th February 2023. Throughout this time, I was given misleading promises and inadequate communication. Customers were understandably unhappy with the extended waiting period for their orders, and this dissatisfaction was reflected in a surge of negative feedback. To make matters worse, when the order finally arrived, the product quality was far below the agreed-upon standards. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays, it is evident that the supplier is primarily responsible for this situation. My attempts to obtain information on the order's status were met with evasiveness and a lack of clarity. No reasonable explanation was provided for the delay, nor was I given any updates until the order had already surpassed the promised delivery date.
